Good Friday Seafood Menu Antipasto di Mare Easter is around the corner and for many Europeans, it's become a tradition to have family meals together.  On Good Friday, which falls on April 14th this year, people are expected to abstain from meat and seafood becomes the focal point of the meal.  While many people love to eat fish, they don't particularly like cooking it!  This is where That's Italian comes along.  With a simple phone call (or email), you can have us cook all your seafood this year so you'll have more time to spend with your family. Spring has arrived and wedding bells are in the air.  While a lot of preparation goes into planning a wedding, from halls to photographers, videographers and decorations, sometimes things get forgotten in all the confusion. Just when you think you have every detail of your wedding accounted for, you realize you haven't given too much thought to the rehearsal dinner. The rehearsal dinner is traditionally held the night before the wedding, often on a Friday, and usually starts at about 7 p.m. This leaves time for attendants to get there from work. For a Sunday or holiday wedding, you have more options.
