For those celebrating the Easter holiday, it's worth noting that Good Friday fall ons on Friday March 31st this year.  Traditionally, seafood has been the main staple for either a large family lunch or dinner.  Is it your turn this year to host the event?  Are you invited to someone's house and need to bring something?  Fortunately, That's Italian Ristorante and Catering will be offering their seafood catering to anyone in need of help this year.  As we all know, many people LOVE seafood, but not too many people like to cook it.  You need to line up at the store during a busy period. Fish needs to be cleaned and cooked.  Your house smells for days and you don't get to enjoy the company if you's stuck in the kitchen cooking.  Don't forget the mess you have to clean up after your done! One of the most popular Italian dishes, Calamari Fritti e Gamberi, is a simple dish consisting of lightly floured squid and shrimp. It's served with a light sprinkling of salt and lemon. Simple yet delicious.  That is the secret to good Italian cooking.  On Good Friday, the day most Catholics get together to enjoy a seafood feast, why not have That's Italian handle all of cooking?  We'll be open on Friday April 14th until 3pm for both catering and take out orders.  We'll have your food fully cooked and ready-to-eat.
