The Wilcox Bandit APA will captivate your senses with its sparkling golden hue, fresh citrus aroma and distinct grapefruit flavour.









The Wilcox Lakehouse Craft lager is refreshing and crisp. Slightly sweet with gentles floral notes.  An easy drinking lager.












The Wilcox Mad Quacker Amber Lager is a Vienna Style that uses 7 malts & 2 hops to create its sultry amber colour. The flavour has a notable degree of toasted and lightly roasted malt character. The hop bitterness is low to medium.

 Lake Wilcox, a kettle lake in the community of Oak Ridges, has long been a meeting place for families and friends to enjoy a day by the lake, where time slows down and there is the chance to enjoy the simple things in life. Our brewery owners Dave and Ray wanted to spread that feeling, while enjoying a good beer. 
Lake Wilcox Brewing Co. is located in the heart of Vaughan,  conveniently next to Vaughan Mills.  Our brewery includes 2,000 sq ft of retail and taproom space with an open view into the brewery, allowing craft beer enthusiasts to enjoy flights of beer while watching our brewers hard at work.  The retail space offers the ability to purchase your favourite beers to go, in cans, bottles and growlers. Growlers can be purchased on site or brought from another brewery.

Our beers are brewed on site in our 6,500 sq ft production area, which includes a 20hl (2,000 litre) brewhouse with seasonal offerings being brewed on our 2hl (200 litre) pilot system.

Come visit the brewery and enjoy a tour of the facilities to experience how beer is made.
